Extremely satisfied with the pro S1. During winter months we play outdoor in 30 degree weather and all other balls crack after a few games. The pro S1 last for weeks of intense cold outdoor play. Additionally, the ball plays better than any other on windy days. Only complaint is the bright green color fades after a game and if you're playing in a low light situation, the balls can be harder to see. In hot summer play, the balls gets a little wobbly, so we save the ball for under 50 degree weather.

While everyone has a different preference on pickleballs, I found these to be a great middle of the road option for most people. While they don't last forever, they are more durable than anything else on the market, and easy to use from beginner players all the way too advanced levels.

Did not crack in cold outdoor play. Other balls cracked in the court next to ours.

I purchased these pickleballs for use due to the extreme cold weather we have been having in South Carolina. We were cracking on average about (3) balls per day. So far so good with these as far as the cracking issue is concerned. The only negative thing I have to say in regards to these pickleballs is they go out of round quite easily. Perhaps you should get your engineering team to look into this & see if there is a method you all could use in manufacturing that if not to eliminate the out of round condition all together at least allow more games to be played without them becoming out of round.

These balls are bouncy and have nice pop noise hitting the paddles. They also remain bouncy in cold weather.

We really like the aerodynamics of this ball and the warranty is a bonus.

Great balls. Best ever. However, when one did break before a year’s use from a previous purchase your return process to get a replacement is insanely difficult with way too many hoops to jump through . Receipt and return all the balls from the purchase? Poor.

The ball bounce well and I like feel when I hit a power spin. I like the weight too l. It feels like has weights on it.
