I have been buying these for years in cases . I did try to contact but your link doesn’t work so I’ll just review it. Today I was eating and when I I hit the bottom it felt hard . As I look down it looked like a piece of something it looks grey and I just put it to the side I took a pic but I didn’t continue to see what it is I’m afraid to even know what it is . It was a large one not the packed little ones . I always take the whole case they place out that they sell individually . But after this I don’t think I can’t eat it again unfortunately after many years .

I purchased this 4 pack about a month ago and the best by date is still a month away (June 4, 2025). The texture is really thick and almost paste-like. The flavor is still good but texture is not like when I purchased in the past. Hopefully, it is just a bad batch and they didn’t change the recipe. Not sure if I will purchase again.

I was so excited to have this treat, but unfortunately it was such a huge disappointment. Even though best used by indicated June 11 2025, the 4 packages looked puffed and watery. Despite that appearance I open package a mixed it’s ingredients, the awful taste in my mouth was indescribable, it tasted like a chemical!!

i purchase senor rice pudding all the time and buy at least five 4 packs at a time. it was always thick and the rice was just right . loved it. the last time i purchased it the "pudding" was runny and the rice was very strange. i opened to different 4 packs to check and they are both disappointing . what is going on??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although the value of a four pack container is not as good as 16 ounce containers, I prefer your four pack, because the product is solid in the container and it contains an adequate amount of cinnamon. The 16 ounce containers has a significant amount of liquid at the bottom of the container. The solid consistency of the 4 pack makes it a more economical purchase versus a 16 ounce container that contains a heavy amount of liquid at the bottom of the container. So this is a positive reason to continue buying the four packs. The problem I’m seeing is That the quality of the four packs have gone down lately. Many of them do not contain solid pudding, but do contain water down version similar to what is in a 16 ounce container. My request is to get back to you quality control, standard to solid four packs for me to continue buying the product

I bought this product 1 week and it was nice and thick and the next week it's very milky! You never know what you are going to get when you buy this product. They really need to get some quality control because it really is a great product half the time.

This is the first time I have tried Senior Rico rice pudding. I make a very good one myself but didn't want to make it today. I have to say theirs is delicious! A bit more rice than I put in mine but I really enjoyed their product!

I love this rice pudding, but lately several of the little containers have been extremely runny, almost watery. You could drink it. Not sure what is going on. The thick and creamy ones are wonderful. Wish they were all that way.

This has been a favorite of my daughter for years. She recently got me to try it and I loved it. However, it seems that there was a recent change in recipe and this went from a firm delicious treat to a soupy mess. Bring back the old recipe!
