The Shadow SH ACP 1 Cable Preamp allows to make original pickups active without installing electronics or modifying to acoustic guitar. It will boost the volume, make pickups low impedance and allow to dial in the optimum sound. Powered by a 9V battery that mounts in the Shadow Preamp's case.
