A: Here are the steps to pairing the Hydro Racer. 1. Make sure the remote control is powered on and the Hydro Racer is out of the water. 2. Power on the remote control by rotating the power knob clockwise. The status light on the remote control will start to slowly flash while the remote control is in pairing mode. 3. Place the Hydro Racer in the water. 4. Press the left or right joystick on the remote control and wait for the status light on the remote control to stop flashing. When the status light stops flashing, the Hydro Racer and remote control are paired, and you can start racing.

Q: After having the boat for less than a week, the remote will not power on, even with brand new batteries out of the package. The light does not turn on. The boat will charge with a different cord, but the remote is no longer functional. Please advise

Q: Hi, I bought a set of two but none seemed to sync with the remotes. I placed the boats in water only after switching the knob of the remotes and the lights started blinking indicating they are ready.

A: The boats will not power on unless they are placed in water. This is due to the safety sensors on the underside to prevent accidents. Thank you

Disappointed and haven't even tried it yet
Can't even put batteries in it . The screw is stripped or something, I cannot get the battery cover off to even try it out. Screw just turns and turns both ways and doesn't budge.

Must up setting toy ever
I bought 3 of these on for every kid so not fighting. I charged them took them to the pool First one didnt even start Second one broke after 15 minutes And the third burnt out it's own battery after 10 minutes ( TRASH )

Well video shows online google that it glides quite an it’s a decent speed. But took forever to try figure it out. It does take reg battery’s AA an u have to since the boat to the controller when it flashes u have to have the boat in water:/ an before that turn the head on the boat literally the face an it pops off the head of the boat an where u can plug in the remote to sink to the boat. My father is like fix master off all an he even was stumped by he got it sinked after trying to figure out where to plug into to connect boat to controller. So he floated in a bowl of water while sinking it to stop flashing. It charged an to our excitement got to wrk in pool!;) was neat. A then stoped!:( we tried charge again an it stoped flashing a put back in pool an it stoped a light turned off. My father was so frustrated said nothing worth this much hassle they shouldn’t even sell a pull frm shelves! It neat but reviews an us can’t or couldn’t get to sink together or wrk or stay working:/. Fun lil boat if could wrk! An stay working . Target please pull this as it’s falls mislead to kids ect an a defective product! Misleading falls advertising selling this product frm sharper image to target even having to sell.:/ please pull item an hope co can revamp. Cute if worked :/

I like how fast it went and it flora really well I used it in my pool and it was great, thought the bad part about it is it’s very small but it takes 40 minutes too charge and 10 minutes of use on a full charge
