The steering wheel controller comes equipped with two ways to control the sports car. Beginners can use the intuitive arrow buttons to drive forward, back, and side to side. More advanced drivers can use the gravity sensors to turn the steering wheel right or left and control the car in real time! Sharper Image® has teamed up with Chevy to provide everyone the opportunity to own their very own supercar. The Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 is a high-performance machine capable of high speeds and tight turns, we packed that performance into a 1:16 scale model for at home enjoyment for all. The fun does not have to stop when the sun goes down. Use the built-in functional headlights to illuminate the path for an evening drive! The lights help you avoid obstacles and hazards on the roadway while achieving top speeds.

Bad, just bad
I liked the gyro wheel and the lights, but it just didn't turn, no matter what I did it would not turn, and it can't even go over a small crumpled up piece of tape or it will get stuck, dont buy it unless you want to buy a new motor and a sottoring machine.

The product uses a LOT of AA batteries. 5 in the the bottom of the actual car and two in the remote. Unless you like running to Dollar Tree and purchasing batteries, dont buy this R/C car. The manufacturer should have made this with rechargeable lithium batteries. Appearance wise the car is sleek and low to the floor and can barely drive over carpet or even an extension cord.

Did not work. After releasing it from the difficult packaging and installing batteries… it was ready to go. The remote blinked indicating it was on. The car was switched on. Nope, would not work. I tried to get it working with no luck. I returned it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little remote control car was super fun to play with. My husband and father played with it for an hour, racing it around the garage against a remote controlled Mustang - the steeringon this little beauty made it the clear winner. The LED lights are a really nice touch. My only complaint, and its really more of an irritation, is that it doesn'tcome with batteries. Other than that, this would make a car enthusiast of any age happy!

It has kept him occupied for quite some time and it’s very easy to operate as he’s totally got the hang of it. Any child or adult even who loves cars will love this, my husband even had a little go, I like the feature with the steering wheel how the car magically goes which way you steer it… sooo cool!!
