Bummer! Didn't work straight out of the box !
Purchased this for a fun gift for my spouse. After opening it, we put all the batteries in it and it didn’t work. We tried everything and double checked that batteries were in correct but nothing! Unfortunately, we returned it and didn’t get another one. Thank goodness I didn’t get it for a child as a gift and they had the same problem. It looked fun but I’ll never know!

This car is flawed in every way - starting with using (5) batteries in the car instead of 4. The car loses its pairing to its remote all of the time, requiring turning on and off the car- not helped by a giant button at the center of the remote that disconnects the car! It has a horrendous turning radius that makes it hard to play indoors A completely flawed product, the worst RC car I have had from Target

Doesn’t work! Wish I would’ve read the brand prior to buying. Sharper image doesn’t always make the most quality items… & this is one of them. Batteries in and remote control won’t turn on! Tried the batteries every way possible just to be sure! Still doesn’t work! Huge bummer for the kid on Xmas. Santa fail! Don’t buy!!!

Bad, just bad
I liked the gyro wheel and the lights, but it just didn't turn, no matter what I did it would not turn, and it can't even go over a small crumpled up piece of tape or it will get stuck, dont buy it unless you want to buy a new motor and a sottoring machine.

The product uses a LOT of AA batteries. 5 in the the bottom of the actual car and two in the remote. Unless you like running to Dollar Tree and purchasing batteries, dont buy this R/C car. The manufacturer should have made this with rechargeable lithium batteries. Appearance wise the car is sleek and low to the floor and can barely drive over carpet or even an extension cord.

Did not work. After releasing it from the difficult packaging and installing batteries… it was ready to go. The remote blinked indicating it was on. The car was switched on. Nope, would not work. I tried to get it working with no luck. I returned it.
