It's very quiet and smooth when running and provides a nice gentle breeze. The blades are soft so if you accidentally touch them you won't lose a finger lol

Hopefully will do what I need. To sit on mantle and move air between gas fireplace with TV mounted over.

We have some cold nature c-workers so the thermostat is sometimes a bit too high for my comfort. I turn on the fan it make it just perfect at the office. Two of the things I like the most: It is very quite when it is on. The soft blades which makes it safe if you stick your fingers :-)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this fan at perfect timing since the weather has warmed up but I was hoping for a bit more power with this small fan while at my desk. PROS: sleek design and touch screen feature, the option to charge by wall or USB, soft blades and the fan is extremely quiet. CONS: High and low speeds are not very powerful and the touch screen button doesn't have an off and on light indicator to indicate on and off mode and between the high and low speed.

The fan itself is pretty small and compact - definitely something that I've moved around from my desk to my bedside table and back. The design is super modern and sleek, really pleasing aesthetically. It's rare that fans look cool but this one actually does!

It works great with my laptop but it can be plugged in to work almost anywhere so the possibilities are endless. Well, as long as you have electricity. I'm trying to get used to the new power buttons on electronics. I don't need to push hard, just lightly push. The fan is attractive and the frame is a sturdy metal and it doesn't take up too much space. Minimal cleaning is required.

The SBM1-SI Personal Soft Blade USB Fan dont even begin to block the flies that swan around and keep in mind I'm from the hot south. I'm very disappointed in the SBM1-SI Personal Soft Blade USB Fan.

It comes with an adapter so you can plug into an outlet for those times you need to free up your usb ports. No turning or pulling operation just touch to turn on and touch again for high or low speed operation. Unlike other fans I have purchased this fan operates quietly.

I also like the way it looks and how it can be adjusted in several ways. It’s a Sharper Image product so the quality is superb.

The design is very sleek and modern, much better than a bulky plastic contraption normally seen on people’s desks. Super pleased and would highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fans on desks are hard on computer monitors of any type because of the vibration. There is no vibration. It is very quiet. Puts out a good breeze, more than I was expecting. I plugged it into the USB on my computer so it shuts off when the computer goes off. My cat sits in front of it. With the soft blade i don't have to worry about her getting hurt on it.
