I love this mosturizer it’s good for sensitive skin and softens my skin and it smells like coconuts. And I love how they don’t animal test. But the product is very watery and it drips sometimes…but it still is my favorite hydration cleanser!!!

This cleanser works so well and leaves your skin baby soft, feeling clean, and doesn't dry it out. I have sensitive skin and live in a cold climate so I need all the moisture and skin nourishment I can get. It's also important to me that beauty products are vegan and cruelty free to me and I appreciate that this company is black owned as I am a social justice advocate as well. This product is lightly fragranced and not overpowering. I like that it doesn't foam up but leaves a creamy, but not greasy feeling behind.

It didn’t really smell like coconuts, but it worked really well! It doesn’t have the exfoliating properties like the African Black Soap face wash, but it nourishes my skin more.

I love this cleanser. It's just what I'm looking for - it leaves my skin feeling very soft and dewy. I hate that crunchy tight feeling after a traditional soapy cleanser, and this one is exactly what I wanted in terms of cleaning "power" versus moisture. I like the fact that it does not suds up pretty much at all and I wish I could find it in stock more often / more places. I think of it more as a wash-off cold cream than a facewash

I have a very sensitive, dry, eczema & rosacea prone skin, and I can't believe this product works with my complicated skin! My skin doesn't feel dry when I use this to wash my face! It feels smooth! I hope Shea Moisture doesn't discontinue this product.

I’ve used this product for months. Got a new bottle when my first one ran out and put on my face for about 90 seconds in the shower. My whole face anywhere I applied it is burnt and swelling. It burned like that for about an hour and a half after washing it off. Never using again.

Only kept on my face for only 2 minutes if the instructed 20 minutes it burnt my face for hours after. I had to keep a frozen towel on my face to cool down the burn.

If you don’t wear makeup this is perfect and very gentle. It will not remove makeup. I use it in the morning prior to wearing makeup because it doesn’t dry out your skin.

I’ve been using this for almost a year and it’s the best thing that ever happened to my skin. I suffer from sensitive yet very dry skin, I used to have a lot of dry patches but ever since I started using this, it has restored my skin. No more dry patches and my skin is way better. I just lather a good amount on my face, rinse it off, and follow up with the overnight oil and the face lotion from the same daily hydration coconut oil line. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
