Pretty but poorly made. My daughter warned me against this mug, as she owned it and had to throw it out because it chipped so badly. I don't listen so I bought it anyway and within a week it had a large chip in the rim. We do dishes by hand so the damage wasn't a result of mishandling, it's just a low quality product
