A: The wal mount pump can be removed by using a flat edge like a butter knife to pry away from the wayy and you can use a product like goo gone to remove any extra residue.

Screws should be included.
It was easy to install with adhesive. I would have used screws too if they came in box. Disappointed that it did not come with screws for that option. Should have specified on box “screws not included”. Will see how long it stays up based on other reviews I’ve read. Looks great.

Leaks
Love the idea of the product. bought it for body wash knowing that couldn’t use product with exfoliating beads . It drips every time until it forms a skin. SH doesn’t . Checked with SH and was told Dr Bronner is too thin but can use any product without exfoliating particles… didn’t expect leaking , don’t understand how seal would leak based on consistency of body wash , needs better seal!

We followed all instructions carefully when installing and it fell off the wall after several weeks. We tried multiple other ways of getting this to stick and again, it fell off the wall and broke entirely. Disappointing considering the cost and the brand is usually quality.

Just what we were looking for.
Just what we were looking for. Although uncertain of what would work well screwed into lath plaster, we knew we didn’t want a dispenser that required downward pressure. This with its ease of dispensing just the right quantity of soap with no danger of compromising the fixing is perfect. Looks good too.

I love the look and choose this one because I didn’t like other brands that had words on them like shampoo, body wash etc. the only thing I don’t like is that thin products run out and very heavy specially shampoo don’t work.

Love the design, unfortunately third one
I really love the utility of this wall mounted pump. I use it for hand soap above our utility tub in the basement. Unfortunately this is the third one I've purchased because after a few years it quits dispensing. I have tried to soak the unit and rinse it in case it is plugged but it seems that for some reason the dispensing mechanism just quits working after a while.
