Pretty, but not the best pump function.
The bottle is so pretty, but the pump piece is tricky. I was about to return it because it wouldn't dispense my soap when I realized it would pump water. I left a bit of warm water in the pump and I put it back into the bottle of soap and it started to finally work. Frustrating, but we got there.

Pump broke after <3 months
I loved the size and shape of this soap dispenser. However, two days ago, after less than 3 months of purchasing it, the pump suddenly stopped working. I tried to fix it but nothing has worked. You can’t buy a replacement pump because the new pump won’t match the color of the plastic/metal piece on the glass bottle.

The soap dispenser fits my bathroom’s esthetics perfectly, but after filling with soap to the line it overflowed. I only noticed it after three hours and wiped it away, yet as of right now I noticed that it rusted. There isn’t a way for me to twist off the bottom to properly clean it, so for now it’ll remain unless I end up returning it.

Be careful!
This soap dispenser is beautiful but my daughter dropped it in the sink (only a couple of inches) & it shattered everywhere. Soap dispensers should be stronger than that. I bought three of them & now I’m going to be throwing all of them away so that no one gets hurt.

crooked, doesn't sit straight. I love the look of this. I've had it for over a month and I thought the reason why it sat crooked was due to the tray that i had it on. I switched out the tray and finally noticed that the bottom of the dispenser is what's crooked. This is unfortunate because I can't easily get a replacement unless I empty it and return to a store. at least it wasn't expensive.

I really liked the look of this soap pump online—the light green glass and gold top are very pretty and match a lot of bathroom decor. Unfortunately, it felt cheaper than I expected once I had it in person. The pump mechanism doesn’t feel very sturdy, and the overall quality wasn’t as solid as I hoped for the price. It’s cute for decor, but I was expecting something a little more durable.
