Q: Is this pump heavy in the bottom so that it won't tilt or move when pumping?

Q: How tall is the soap dispenser? I have a medicine cabinet with low door and sometimes soap pumps get in the way of opening it.

Ordered online. The top doesn't even go on it. Thinking maybe they sent the wrong pump, but looks like pic. Pump threads diameter are too big for threads on bottle. No wonder everyone is saying the soap squirts out & leaks.

I had this dispenser for 2 years and started to have an issue with leakage a few months ago. The pump never fully twisted back onto the bottle so refilling was really annoying. I do like the look of this dispenser but for the annoyance it causes I wouldn’t waste your time. Better options at this price point.

I bought this with the intention of swapping out the pump because I liked the bottle itself. The bottle is lovely in design and color. The pump it came with feels incredibly cheap and I tossed it immediately. If you're buying for decor and are willing to swap pumps I'd say go for it. Otherwise might not be worth it.

Don't waste your money on this! I have purchased 4 different dispensers and each one has broken. The first 2 just stopped pumping out soap after using them for only a few weeks. The 3rd one, the pump top completely broke off. And the last one I just purchased, never worked in the first place! The pump works, but does not actually pump soap up and out of the tube. So frustrating and such a waste of money. Save your money and sanity!

It’s really pretty at first, but the paint on the pump part started coming off pretty quickly, and within a few months it looked pretty rough. Also the pump doesn’t fit well with the bottle and it pops off occasionally.
