Q: Does this have a wide mouth/opening?

submitted by anne - 2 years ago

  • A: No, you have to somehow get the lotion from the bottom of the jar to come out the little opening on top. It’s impossible!

submitted byBp - 2 years ago

  • A: anne - Thank you for your question. No, only the spout part comes out. I hope this helps. - Kate

Q: 1). How does the lid come off. Does it screw or pop off. Can't get it to budge and don't want to force it. 2) Also I don't see a tube connected to the pump. Is it missing or what.

For the first year or so, the dispenser was great. But eventually the black coating on the lid bubbled up and started to rust.

    Stopped working after a year

Love this soap pump, but after a year of daily use, the pump stopped working. The metal on top of the base portion has been rusting for a while as well.

Destroyed my countertop. The way this stained my stone countertop is diabolical. I'm going to have to replace the countertop. It's disgusting.
