While this soap dispenser has a nice, sleek design, it’s unfortunately not functional. Soap constantly leaks from the top, even after cleaning and removing any buildup. Over time, the buildup causes the spout to spray soap unexpectedly when pressing down, creating a mess. I’ve tried to maintain it, but the problem keeps coming back. Disappointing purchase.

The pump gets build up which then causes it to get stuck. This started happening literally on day one, which was that same day I bought them. I thought only one was defective but then I noticed the second one doing the same thing. I trashed them both.

Ugh, I don't know why I keep buying Target brand soap dispensers when they keep breaking on me. The skinny part of the pump broke and there's no way to fix this. Looks like I'll have to keep the bottom to use as a vase.

The material seems to have an inherent odor that is absolutely disgusting and leaks into whatever soap you put in it. It smells like mold and doesn't go away no matter how much you clean it. I haven't had any issues with the pump leaking like other people have said, but the smell is genuinely too overpowering to ignore

I like the design and look of this soap dispenser but have re-purchased a two times now because the top has broken off two dispensers I have bought before. I still keep buying it though because I like its look and it holds so much soap so I don’t have to refill it as often!
