Q: Does the chrome last long, or does it corrode after time?
A: I've had this dispenser for at least three years, it gets heavy use, and the chrome finish didn't start to degrade until a few months ago. I may it again because I like how unique it looks!

submitted byVanessa - 4 years agoA: Love the look. Had 6 of these around the house for the past few years. All the dispensers have either turned green or some of the chrome started to chip off. I wish i could just replace and purchase new dispensers. The glasses are still in great condition.
submitted byDC Le - 5 years agoA: I’ve had a few of these for 5-8 years now and the only way to make them last is to maintain them. Clean the pump tops regularly and to clear them of clogged soap, take off the pump, immerse it in water, pump it several times until it runs clear, and then replace it.

Q: I've had to buy 2 of these because after a week it only put out little bubbles. Returned one, got the other & same thing. Have to rinse it every other use. It's like plastic tubing is taking in air. It's not usable! Don't know the fix..

Q: Does the glass contain lead?
A: I've been using this with regular liquid gel soap, but every couple days it stops working. I've tried thinning it with water which works a bit longer, but eventually stops again. What am I doing wrong?

Q: I remember reading that you can make this dispense foaming soap by adding water. What is the ratio of water to gel soap?

Q: given the straightness of the tube that the soap comes out of, does it just shoot straight at you if you're not careful? or does it just ooze out at a more gentle pressure?

Q: When you say liquid soap do you mean the gel refill or the liquid to foam soap? Or both?
A: It's for liquid gel soap, not foaming soap.
