Q: I bought this soap Dispenser and I love it. I did not expect the pump to rust inside. It was only used for hand soap in the bathroom. Is it not rust proof? Im struggling to buy a new one to replace it with.

A: I have several of these and I've not had any problems with rust. I've bought others where I have a problem with this green stuff that forms around the edges of the cap. I don't have that problem with this soap dispenser. These are awesome!

Q: My pump has gone bad. Does anyone know the specific size that it is so I can order a replacement? The 33-400 one I ordered and thought would fit doesn't. Hate throwing such a nice container :(

A: The top is silver, and I’ve had a few of these for several years. Most of the review complaints are for the tops. Just know that you may need to clear the pump top once in a while by taking it off, submerging it in water, and pumping it until it runs clear before putting it back on. It works great but needs a bit of maintenance here and there.

I purchased two of these for my kitchen sink. One for dish soap and one for hand soap. One works great, however the other doesn’t even work anymore and I’ve only been using them for maybe two months now. Seeing the other reviews I wish I would have checked them out first before purchasing but I purchased in store and based my selection solely on how they looked. I wouldn’t buy these.

Leaks/Comes apart after a month
If Threshold can get their pumps right, their soap dispensers would be great. About 2-3 months in my soap pump started leaking; this is the second one I bought but a different style. The soap seeps out from on top of between the lid and spout part. I definitely recommend just not buying this

Discolored pump and soap after 1 month
After only light usage the silver pump started corroding and growing mildew. It also turned the soap a different color due to the rust. Would not recommend.

Poor quality
I bought this soap pump a few months ago to match another that I already had. Similar to other reviews, the pump is no longer working so no soap can be dispensed, it becomes rusted in different areas in the top. The quality has definitely decreased as I have the same soap pump that was purchased 2 years ago and it works great still. Would not recommend buying now
