Q: Can I assume that if I want only one (1) drawer in the assembled table, the pre-drilled holes for the bottom drawer won't be so obvious as to be highly noticeable?

Q: One of the features specified for this item is "Swivels". What does that mean? I see no part of this nightstand which "swivels".
