Works well, but too much work.

Getting the material to thread through the foot is very tedious and too much time consuming.

I wish it would work on my machine.

I can't really rate this piece because I couldn't use it on my machine. I couldn't get it to attach. I admit my machine is a Singer Genie circa 1974.

We are sorry to hear that the foot is not working with your cherished Singer Genie. Our current line of feet work with many but not all retired models. If you wish more personalized assistance please reach out to our Customer Care Team at 800-474-6437.

Narrow hem

It will take some practice to get it to make a smooth finished narrow hem.

Not as easy as it seems

It takes a bit to get the fabric in the foot correctly. Plus, the fabric slips out of the foot frequently, even with a watchful eye and moving slow.
