Singer 9960
I purchased in June 2026, at first this machine was the smoothest ive ever had. Now it makes a clicking noise every so often. Feed is uneven. Ive cleaned it, replaced the needle, everything imaginable. I really don't want to have it serviced already.

Fun, Fun, Fun!
This is by far the best and most fun sewing machine that I have ever used. It can do just about anything that I can imagine a machine doing. I like that the layout is straight forward and easy to use. There is such a wide selection of stitiches and ways to combine them that I will never ever get bored. I Also love that the manual is very clear with good illustrations.

Great upgrade for me
This machine was an upgrade for me because I wanted to improve my beginner/intermediate quilting skills and it has delivered on that. Comes with lots of different feet. My only complaint which is just a learning curve maybe is loading the bobbin is not as easy as my prior machine. Would definitely recommend because you get a lot for your money.

Great machine
I love my new Singer Quantum 9960! It is very quiet and sews beautifully. I have not used it to it's full capability yet but plan to try all the stitches out. My only gripe is that it is too easy to inadvertently change the stitch if you accidently hit one of the buttons on the front while sewing. Ask me how I know.

I love my singer 9960
I have had this machine for about 10 years now after needing more than my singer heavy duty school model. This has been an excellent machine and I’ve never had one issue with it. It has a fun variety of stitches and is sturdy enough to do heavier fabrics as well as quilting projects. I have it serviced about every year and it still purrs like a kitten.

Excited then disappointed
I purchased this and after about a month of using it off and on the bottom thread started to messed up, and I cried every troubleshooting option I could find an after about two hours. I finally gave up and boxed it back up and sent it back. I felt like if I was going to already have problems with this team in the beginning, he was going to give me problems going forward.

Very dependable machine
I have been using this machine since 2016. There is so much you can do with it apart from mending. It is great that is has lasted this long with a lot of use, hopefully it will last another 20. I am still exploring all the features.

I ordered this machine because I wanted to quilt and my mending machine could not hep me with that! This machine is great for quilting and I even made som clothes with it recently! It comes with a ton of accessories, so make sure you look up a couple YouTube videos when you get your machine 😊 I definitely recommend this machine to anybody!

Versatility and functionality
Great machine, just had it for a month so I don't know how well it will hold up. I love a twin needle capabilities, that is a reason why I got this machine. I sew a lot of knits.

Beginner Friendly
As a beginner all the YouTube videos regarding this specific model has only added to the fun of learning how to sew and what all this machine can do. I have made doll clothes, a hoodie, a quilt and a couple small things as test projects.
