Q: How many cups in a bag? "25 calories per cup" label is a little annoying. Most people either eat a full bag or share one with someone, I shouldn't need a measuring cup or a calculator to know how many calories that is.

Our microwave popcorn bags (which are made especially for SKINNYPOP and thus are proprietary) use technology specifically designed to produce grease-resistant paper without using PFAS and PFOAS.

    used to be vegan and is still advertised as so on the target app but the ingredients are no longer vegan ans the brand didnt say anything about it. could be dangerous for someone with a milk allergy.

    Tasty mild butter taste

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time trying SkinnyPop popcorn, and I thought it was seriously tasty. The overall microwaved consistency was good. I didn't notice many burnt kernels in the bag. They left my house with the typical popped corn aroma. The portion size was good, and I think the price is fair for the 6 bags it comes with. I liked how they tasted like butter but weren't terribly oily on the fingers. I do wish it had a bit more of a butter taste. For being butter flavored, the butter was more on the mild side. Overall, though, I definitely enjoyed this popcorn, and it made our movie night a hit.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The taste of this popcorn is very good, it has a great buttery flavor without being greasy on your hands. There is a fine balance to strike with this though, as the line between burnt popcorn and a lot of unpopped kernals is very thin, you have to be vigilant. Also, with the name Skinny Pop, you would expect calories to be lower, but it's about the same as another brand I use. This may be a product of using real butter, but the bag is really greasy prior to microwaving.

I definitely still get the butter flavor but it’s not overwhelming and I don’t feel like I had something way too oily or salty. You can add toppings of course if it’s not enough flavor but I enjoyed it on its own for the majority of the bags. I was able to microwave easily with a normal amount of kernels left over.

    No Longer Allergy Friendly

    We originally discovered Skinny Pop because the butter and cheese flavors were dairy-free and safe for the dairy allergic person in our household. It’s been a staple in our pantry for years. Unfortunately, the new recipe with dairy means we can’t eat it anymore. It’s really a shame because there are very few dairy-free flavored popcorn options out there.
