Q: can you fly the drone outdoors? Will it break more easily then indoors?

A: Hello Adel, We do not suggest flying this drone outdoors as it can easily be taken away by the slightest wind.

A: Hello, Controller Reset: Hold F Trim, B Trim, and Power for 3 - 5 seconds. There is no hard factory reset for the drone.

Wouldn’t Fly – Nothing Worked
I followed every step in the manual and online troubleshooting guides, charged the battery, replaced the controller batteries, re-synced multiple times, even did the reset procedure, but the drone still wouldn’t take off. The controller just kept flashing between Normal and Sport mode, and the motors never engaged. I really wanted to like this drone, but it simply doesn’t work. I’ll be returning it.

Do not purchase. Zero customer support.
Save your money-unless you like just throwing it away. We have purchased two of these and both broke on the first day. The support from this company is not existent. We emailed for help and asked for more replacement blades to see if that would help resolve the issue and they emailed us back 2 months later after we finally gave up and bought a 2nd one.

Great little drone! It's small and quiet, perfect to fly around inside! Also very slow on the main setting, great for getting used to it. Battery life is what you would expect out of drone this size but it doesn't take that long to charge. This drone is not made for outside!! It is very light and the slightest breeze affects it!

This drone broke twice. It will work for a while and then just flies crooked. No matter how many times we try to fix the blades, it still doesn’t work correctly. Not recommended unless you want a disappointed child!

Mini Drone is Great!
We have purchased 3 of these. 2 being gifts for other kids and one for our 7 year old son. It’s tiny! Our son loves it. He had been asking for a drone. I read reviews and it seemed like it would be a good buy. The only dislike is when our son takes it outside he tends to lose it in the foliage bc it’s so small. But he can push one of the dials on the remote control to make it make noise so he’s always able to locate it. I don’t know how long the charge holds but doesn’t seem like it’s that long. Otherwise, it’s a great gift.

Good little drone so far
My 9 year old son has been loving this little drone and it's been working well. The only negative thing he has told me so far is that debri from the carpet (like hair) can easily get tangled in the propellers when it lands and takes off again and then he has to take the propeller off to clean it off. Other than that, he loves it!

We bought 3!!
I purchased three small quadcopters for family members, ranging in age from teenagers to young adults, and one for a 9-year-old. We have flown the drones indoors, in our house, and in a small gym at a community church. The older pilots, including the teenagers, were adept at keeping the copters in the air with minimal accidents. The younger pilots experienced more mishaps, but the drones have remained in good condition and continue to function well. We bought them on sale, which made them an even better value. However, like all remote-controlled toy users, we have lamented the battery life.
