Q: We can’t figure out how to attach the blade guards. Are there more detailed directions than what came in the box? Are we supposed to take off the propellers/blades to install?

A: Hello, There is two small entries (holes) underneath where the propeller motor is located which should be visible. You should be able to place and the guards should lock in. You are able to attach the guards with the propellers on or off. Thanks!

I got this drone as a gift from my kids. Went outside, hit the launch button and it zoomed off like it had a mind of its own at full speed… never to be seen again. That was the shortest lived drone experience of my life.

Had a fun time playing with this drone for a few hours. Seemed like it was good but after about half a day of play, one of the gears broke. The propellers are low quality and break far too easily. Returning this.

The remote and drone only paired once and won’t again. There is no way to turn off the drone except to remove the battery. I decided to get a drone from Target instead of Amazon because I thought I could trust Target. WRONG. This is the second Christmas present that was unusable from Target this year. Also, it’s very suspicious that most of the reviews before Christmas are good and after they are bad. It makes me feel I cannot trust the legitimacy of Target’s reviews. A drone is what my son asked Santa for. He is so disappointed.

Bought this for my son for Xmas. First one wouldn’t pair drone to remote. Exchanged it for the same one. Same problem. I’m doing everything the directions say (just have charged batteries and turn them on and they are to auto pair) and nothings working. Tried to contact the company and there’s no email or phone to do so. Sent a message on their Facebook but they haven’t updated that page since 2020. Many people posting comments to “please check your messages.” Looks like I’ll be returning yet again.

The controller is easy to hold and resembles if the Xbox controller. My only issue is that it's may be too lightweight, it lacks substance and is not suitable for windy weather.

Sporty flyer with cool RGB .Definitely fun flyer. Good for beginners because it comes with prop guards although it is recommended to fly outside . The RGB lights are definitely cool looking at night and a first for me on a drone. It has altitude hold which is good for beginners so I don't have to manage throttle as much to keep it at a certain height. Also has 2 rates the high rate is fun and makes it a sporty flyer although I wish the yaw was a bit faster. The 1200mah lipo battery has a nice flight time and definitely a plus compared to previous gen skyvipers. I definitely recommend it but all beginners out there be sure to use the prop guards one bad hit could end the quad it is just a toy anyhow. Fun flyer !

It looks cool. But it stopped working a week after my son got it for his birthday. His dad and I were with him when he used it so I know he did not mishandle it. The engine burned out mid flight. The company then ghosted us when we contacted them. They don’t even have a working website or a customer service number. Don’t buy it.
