Q: Can you sync Google Photos to the Skylight calendar where it will auto upload the photos like a google home vs having to send to an email?

  • A: Hi There, Thank you for your question! In the meantime, our system does not support uploading photos directly from Google/Google Drive or sync them. We would suggest that you download them first to your computer/phone. Then, upload the photos by sending them through email or the Skylight mobile app. You can send photos to Skylight as an attachment to an email. You need to: 1. Open an email application like Yahoo/Gmail/Outlook. 2. Compose an email. 3. Find the "attach" button and choose the photos you want to send. 4. Send the email to your Skylight email address.   • A: Hi There, Thank you for your inquiry! As of now, the Chores feature does not have an option for notifications or audible alerts. But a fun workaround is to create an event called "Chores" to give yourself or others a little nudge when it's time to check the chore list! You will need to edit those events for those specific times you want to be reminded. Please double-check to make sure your notifications are turned on in your settings. Currently, the Skylight Calendar is tailored to the US market or countries where it’s available. Additionally, the software's address system and functionalities are designed specifically for US addresses and locations. Please also note that international time zones are not yet supported. These accounts can be from different user accounts as well as different calendar services. Following the example that you left in your previous email, you can indeed sync from Apple and Outlook to one Skylight account which will be displayed in both the app and the physical device. I read the reviews and many people complained about item coming used , well it happened to me too. I should’ve purchased somewhere else. Target needs to be consistent with their shipping items. This is not a new item for the same price.

Bought on 01/25/26 and shut off randomly. Once it was turned on it stayed on the welcoming screen, was unable to get passed it. Tried everything. No damage to it. Worked until 03/09/26. Unable to return due to being passed the 30 days. Otherwise it was great way to keep organized.

Required subscription

Nice calendar, with, seemingly, great features - if you don’t mind paying monthly for them. It’s basically just a calendar unless you subscribe. I have enough subscriptions, and am quite frankly, not looking for another one. Returned and will buy one that doesn’t require a subscription.

Love it!

My husband bought me this calendar for an early Christmas gift & I absolutely love it! I use it daily and my son loves it too for his chores. I love that it doubles as a digital picture frame and even plays videos! I agree with others, that it stinks about the monthly subscription but I still wouldn’t return it because it’s so handy. I see other reviews about their calendar crashing but I’ve been fortunate and haven’t had this happen. I’ve owned for about 2 months.

Will be returning

I was so excited to get this for Christmas- it really is a great idea. After setting everything up and navigating the app, I’ve decided it’s too buggy for everyday use and I’m going to return it. I know that I will end up getting tired of it. It’s really annoying how often the app crashes while trying to update schedules/lists etc. As others have said, the subscription aspect is disappointing too. If Skylight is making all this money, they should at least be able to invest in fast running software that doesn’t crash. Again- this is great in theory, but it doesn’t live up to expectations.

You’re also going to have to pay for a subscription to use all the features. Not worth it considering so many others exist with a subscription.

Don't do same day shipping with Target.

Received a dirty and used item. Tried to return and my target app says unavailable for return. Called target and they said it’s the shipt drivers fault (which makes no sense) and are refusing to help me. I ordered it today, received it today, and now I have a disgusting item and nobody wants to help me. This was $319 plus tax.
