A: It's a phillips but make sure you unscrew both screws. The thing is so harry it took me a while to notice there was one on the top and the bottom of the battery compartment plate.

A: Depends on the interest of your child honestly. I bought this for my kids, 10 and 6 but I'm the one who's interacting with it mostly and loving it lol. So if you can't have a pet but want a companion, then Moji is good for adults alike.

A: There are two volume options only. One is full blast and the other is just slightly more quiet. There is a button on the bottom of Moji where the battery compartment is to adjust the volume.

LOVE it
I bought this for my 11 year who had seen a different brands interactive dog that she wanted for Christmas that was sold out. This little guy is amazing and he follows all of his commands. I'm honestly shocked at all of the negative reviews. Battery install was easy. Out of the box I tried the command to beg and he did it. The quality and efficiency of this toy is incredible especially at this price compared to similar toys. Friends and family saw my videos of the dog doing commands and want their own. I 100 percent recommended this to anyone looking for a fun toy.

Dont waste your money
I do not recommend. It has the potential to be cute and interactive but our collar does not work and never worked right so my kids lost interest quick. I feel like if the collar worked and read the cards right they’d enjoy it. I couldn’t return it and customer service has done nothing to replace the collar. I even sent a video of what we were experiencing in hopes of getting a replacement collar but nothing and I gave up. Now we’re stuck with an overpriced item that was a bust.

Was NEVER ABLE TO GET IN THE BATTERY compartment. I tried calling online AND CHAT to get a refund recently because I couldn’t go into store due to me and my children testing positive for Covid-19. Was told to still take the contaminated toy into the store as that would be the only way I could get a refund. WASTE OF MONEY. WHY WOYLD I DRAGGED TWO SICK KIDS AND MYSELF INTO A STORE TO GET PEOPLE SICK?

Not worth it
I was hopeful that this would be my child’s favorite new toy but unfortunately it fell short of all expectations. The name Moji is really hard for my 5 year old to say clearly and apparently you have to be very clear because it doesn’t work have the time, even when I say his name clearly he doesn’t listen most of the time we have to repeat it. When he moves he makes a very loud robotic sound. It takes a while for him to register a card being held up to his collar and he doesn’t actually play tug because he doesn’t bite down hard enough. Many more complaints but I will leave it at that. It’s cute in theory but it did not meet me expectations and does not seem worth the money.
