Major hair loss and shedding
Used this and the matching shampoo for several weeks and finally had to stop due to non-stop, downright exhausting shedding and monumental hair loss. It also dried out my hair, caused damage, and did not condition - I could not get a comb through my hair after showering. Discontinued use and my hair went back to normal. Bummed, because I want to love this vegan and cruelty free brand! But cannot recommend.

Caution! I lost SO MUCH hair using this product. As soon as I stopped using it, the hair loss stopped. The good about it, my hair smelled great, was shiny and manageable.

Great product/lousy packaging
I have been using both the shampoo and conditioner since 2020. I love the way my hair feels and the scent is mild but very pleasant. I usually give this product 5 stars but because of the "new look" of the bottles, I must leave 4 stars The lids used to be different colors - making it easy to identify them in the shower. Since I don't shower with my glasses on (who does?) this is very important to me. NOW this "new look" has the lids both the same color. Fortunately I had some left over and now switch out caps with the black "old look" lid for the conditioner. I know this may seem petty - but that's my story. I appreciated so much the ease of use in the "old look". When I inquired as to this change I was told it was "what most people preferred Hmmmph. Still an awesome product.

Caused Shedding
I gave this product four tries, but it started to worry me due to noticeable hair shedding. After switching back to my old shampoo and conditioner, the shedding finally stopped.

Not good for oily hair
Makes my hair feel so greasy at the top and extremely dry at the bottom. I haven’t noticed any of the so called benefits from it.

Luxury feel
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the ingredient list! I'm looking for more products that rely on plant ingredients and is free of parabens and SLES & SLS. (Sodium lauryl sulfate always irritates my scalp.) The fragrance is wonderful. It left just a hint on dried hair - not too strong. The conditioner had good slip and was smoothing. I did not notice a volume difference but my hair was not weighed down (a conditioner at this level usually does). My hair just looked healthier while holding styles and heatless curls well. I haven't used it long enough to see about fall-out reduction. I received this product free from Influenster so I had to look up the price. What an amazing value! This feels, smells, and acts like a luxury product!

You don’t have to use a lot to cover a lot of hair which is pretty cool and saves you money. I use this together with the shampoo and I feel like it does give me volume.
