Hair shedding
When I first tried this shampoo, I thought it was the best thing ever!! I liked that it made my hair feel really thick for a couple of days. Afterawhile, I noticed that my hair was oily after the first day. I tried cutting back on the amount that I was using, rinsed it throughly, still gets oily. Most recently, my husband was complaining that he was finding my hair everywhere. I began to notice it too. I'm quitting the shampoo because I feel that it's the problem. On to find something better.

Thick hair in my hands not my scalp
Finally got a product that the smell is amazing But… Upon lather the chemical smell comes out and so did so much hair! I had two clumps in my fingers from both the shampoo and then the conditioner trying to comb them through the thick tacky product Ok done. And now I feel like I have wax in my hair. I go to brush it and more hair and residual conditioner or soap in my brush. I mean I think that the hair was thicker but because of some weird layer of build up Best way to describe my hair feel is how it feels after swimming in chlorine or a day at the beach I ended up with less hair and a second shower to rewash with my old products. Sickening but all the new products seeming to protect and promote are actually worse. This one the worst of all I tried. Kendra is the only one that I liked but the price was higher. Now I see why.

Horrible product I have never felt my hair so dry and brittle in my life it feels so damaged and has caused me to have scalp sensitivity and that’s just with two uses! i absolutely wish i can return this trash! So please do not buy unless you want straw like hair!

Beware and Stay away! This is trash!
Where do I begin. I stopped by my store and purchased it while on sale. I regret it. I have fine and thin curly hair. I also suffer from alopecia. This is beyond drying and caused so much hair breakage less than a month using. After shampooing my hair would be stiff! Using the conditioner and serum as directed didn’t help. The serum made it worse! It smells like harsh perfume and it stripped some of my highlights. It caused severe breakage trying to blow dry on low heat. I evaluated everything I did and this shampoo and conditioner was the source of my now severely breakage hair. Please to believe those paid reviews!!! Going back to Amika or living proof.

I've never had any issues with my scalp, I can tolerate a lot. This however destroyed my scalp, after using almost the entire bottle my scalp was so itchy all the time. I had little sores all over that would bleed, scab, and repeat. I thought maybe it was hormonal. (I am currently breastfeeding) But I switched shampoos and my scalp symptoms started dissipating. That's when I realized it was the shampoo. I wouldn't touch it again with a 10 foot pole.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this shampoo is vegan and free of all the things that are so harsh for your hair. The smell is wonderful without being overpowering and it is in an easy to use bottle. A little goes a long way! This lathered up really well and left my hair soft and shiny. I did notice more volume and it seemed to make my hair look and feel healthier. Definitely a new favorite.
