SodaStream E-Duo Sparkling Soda Maker Black

Decent product. Works as described. Sodaestream is very shady. You have to return the cylinders or they charge you extra fees. Trash and shady business practices.

I am disabled and a Soda Stream customer for 20+ years. I have no trouble using the E-DUO or replacing the cannister. Love it and grateful I can use it without help.

I purchased a Sodastream to make carbonated water cheaper than I could purchase it. I got the E-DUO specifically because it works with the glass Sodastream bottles. It accomplishes the first purpose well, I now have inexpensive soda water, though often it seems like it doesn't seal properly and takes more than one round of carbonation to work. I also wish I would have purchased a more inexpensive option, since, with the E-Duo, the glass bottles are heavy and rather bulky and difficult to drink out of. Additionally, the 0. 48L (smaller) plastic bottles cannot be used with the E-Duo, which is a bummer. The other experience missing from the E-DUO versus the other models is the ability to actually see the CO2 enter the water. Because the E-DUO can do glass bottles, the bottle has to be fully enclosed during the process in case the bottle breaks. The unfortunate result of this feature is not being able to see the gas enter the liquid. Overall, I like the sodastream and I'll likely always have one in my home. I wouldn't recommend the E-DUO, however, for the reasons listed above. Go for the TERRA or the ART, both of which I've purchased second hand and enjoyed using. Oh, and don't purchase one of the "E" models that has to be plugged into the wall. Buy one with a button or lever and take it anywhere.

We love diluting sodas with filtered sparkling water, this does the trick for us perfectly!

I was a little hesitant to purchase it because I didn't know if it would be worth it, but it's great. We've used it multiple times per day to make seltzers. The Bubly mixers are perfect. Being able to select the level of fizz is great, too. We've definitely replaced our weekly seltzer purchases.

My old school soda stream finally gave out. I do like this new one. Good power and prefer the glass bottle.

Really love my e duo. Took me a very long time to decide but when I saw that it was from Israel…. that was my deciding factor.

This system does not produce much fizz and you will burn through cylinders quickly.

Had to replace my aging soda stream and happy to find the E-Duo with glass bottles but best of all able to recycle my old unit which warms my heart

I like the E-Duo sparkling water maker. So far, it's worked very well. Very simple and easy to operate.

I love the e-duo. I have an older model Sodastream and this is newer one is so convenient. Being able to push a button to get just the right amount of carbonation is great. I love the glass carafe that comes with it as well. The locking mechanism can a slightly difficult if not clicked in properly but nothing too major.

I love the option of controlling how much fizz I get. The machine itself is a little cumbersome when closing the top to secure the bottle.

Ease of use but mostly purchased for the glass bottles

We've switched from our previous SodaStream to the E-Duo in order to use your glass bottles instead of plastic. We love it so far. We also ordered the metal caps for the same reason. In order to avoid plastic. Except the metal caps don't work on the glass bottles plus the caps are lined with plastic. It would be helpful if you would note such on your sales page. Also the two CO2 bottles that we still have from the previous model don't work with the E-Duo. I may have missed it but that should be noted on your webpage as well.

Ik the name is sodastream but hear me out. I had a huge soda issue, so bad. I was drinking a 2l a day (sometimes more). With the soda stream I am now drinking so much water!! It’s easy to trick myself, esp with the bubbly drops they sell. I love my e duo.

Hello, I am thrilled with the new E-Duo machines. I have 5 empty canister from my previous orders with the "old" machines. How can I return them without being charged a fee? Thanks in advance, Philippe Calais

We bought this as a need for an alternative to alcohol. So the stream has been awesome. It's fun making mocktails and being a non alcoholic mixologist. I would recommend this if you were trying to kick the alcohol habit. We muddle are fruits and berries and they are delicious
