  • A: It used to be clear but they changed the formula to use Red 40 dye for no reason. Beware if you are trying to avoid unnecessary food dyes and toxins, this is not the soap for you.

    Horrible change

    I always found the original Fresh Breeze scent to be uplifting and luxurious smelling. What a rude surprise with this change to the updated scent. It reminds of a Lifesaver candy & is fairly weak. Done buying Softsoap.

    Good Soap at Low Cost

    I love the pump soaps, the Aquarium is nice for a kids bathroom and I get other scents for the guest bathroom. I have bought many over the years and always recived a great deal. I have ordered them for donations for the less fortunate because the cost is so reasonable. Great hand soap at a value price. All seem to be nice and moisturizing to my dry skin, never any problems with irritation.

    Honey Fresh Hands

    The yummiest, sweetest, and cleanest scent all rolled into one soap! Suds up really nice when washing hands, and this refill will last a while. Doesn’t take many pumps to get the suds either!

    Great scent!

    I love scents that are not fruity or too flowery & this one is perfect. I'm disappointed that it isn't offered in the refill size as well. Maybe that can be remedied.

    Cheapening your SOFTSOAP

    I noticed your soap over my last few purchases felt VERY watery compared to my previous purchases. I had been purchasing this soap for probably 30 years. Since I suspected you changed your formula, I subsequently "Googled" if you did and the VAST majority of the community agrees with me. Shame on you. No more purchasing the Softsoap brand - you lost my business. Corporate management is making a bad decision cheapening their soap. People might not catch you cheating right away - but when they do - they never go back - you lost our trust!!!!

    As you can see from the picture, we keep it quite stocked at my house. I find that it’s extremely cost-effective to buy the refill. I have tried the knock off brand of this and it does not compare. There is an actual difference in how well it foams and cleanses. It has a nice scent and it’s easy to refill.

    I really like this Softsoap Fresh Breeze hand soap! The consistency is perfect and it creates a nice, rich lather that cleans deeply. The best part is definitely the overall overall scent — it smells amazing and leaves a wonderful, fresh fragrance on your hands long after you wash them.     The feel is different and the smell is stronger and not likable and not fond of the new packing. Don't know why you have to change a good thing to something that is not better. Been using softsoap for 30 years, so I know for what I speak.
