I've been taking Solgar VM-75 daily and really notice the energy boost, thanks to the high-strength B vitamins. It's a well-rounded formula with essential minerals and even digestive enzymes, which is a nice touch. The tablet is large and has a strong smell, but it's manageable if taken with food. Best I've used

My son, who recommended Solgar vitamins says he hasn't had a cold since taking them about a year ago so he is chuffed so far(!) and I'm hoping!! Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My eGFR (Kidney function) is very low. the doses in these multivitimins are super-high, and indeed may have contributed to this. I never knew but the RV- Recomended daily allowance is a serious thing - and 600 or 5000% of this isnt sensible. I am reviewing my supplements with a doctor.

The best
Fantastic! I started taking these years ago, and like most of us moved on to the more recently available vitamins from all over the world. I have since gone back to these, they are the best at a great price, you can feel the difference when taking them!
