Visiting a friend in NYC, I purchased an Al Pastor Taco Bowl Kit to prepare Tacos al Pastor. I left chicken marinate for 2 hours in the fridge, and the taste was amazing. My US friend was delighted, and I was happy to introduce to al pastor tacos... of course we topped them with cilantro, oinion and a squize of lime.

Too many condiments! It does not taste like the Mexican tacos al pastor. Granted, in From Mexico, so I have high standards. This food tastes like something you will get at Ticos or your favorite "Americanized" Mexican restaurant.

This was a fantastic buy! Kit includes everything you need to get a meal on the tabke very quickly. The sauce was fantastic in flavor- I cooked it with chicken and the end result was delicious. the rice and beans were spot on.
