A: Yes the side fold over about halfway up, similar to the Parellell bags - which is perfect to reach the items you place on the sides in the organizer pockets. I actually group my beauty items by pockets, so one for face/foundation, one for eyes, one for lips etc. It is actually fun to get ready since you just move around the bag in order - instead of one bag full of chaos. If I lost this bag, I would easily pay double to replace it and would consider paying more.

Looks like more space than there actually is
This bag is very awkwardly shaped. It makes it hard to zip if you fill it, and it is very narrow at the top of the bag so when you zip it, if you have filled the bottom, you are going to struggle. If you don't travel with a lot of makeup this will probably be fine, but if you do a full face or like to have options, you will definitely struggle with this bag. All of the space is at the very bottom, and there isn't really that much room. It looks deceivingly large unti you try to put things in it. When it's full, if you open it all the way, everything in the top part of the bag just falls out.

I bought this bag because it seemed like an affordable Parallell dupe based on the design, and the pattern looked cute. The pattern is indeed cute but unless you only pack large, full size toiletries, they will fall over inside the bag. Of course, there is also no handle, but I thought this would be a fine trade-off. The little mesh side pockets are also too small to fit most items except my baby's extra small items (think less than 0.5 oz bottles; tiny nail clippers). I also did not necessarily expect it to be so difficult to see the labels of each item from the top. I've used this on two trips and plan to give it away and buy a new bag. disappointing

Too big for travel
I was looking for a travel makeup bag that would fold over like a much more expensive one I had been eyeing. This one is WAY bigger than what I needed. I thought about giving it to my mom but then I noticed something…. there was a USED small lip therapy in one of the pockets. It’s really gross to think of someone’s Vaseline being in this so it’s a no for me and will be returned. Either it is used or someone was just testing it in the store but it’s gross either way. I ended up buying the more expensive bag for my makeup and love it. I would say if you want a bigger bag, this one could work. But it would fit a large iPad or small computer sort of size.

Very spacious almost like a small laptop bag. Has many compartments, but I wish they were deeper like all the way on the sides. The fold down function isn’t easy as it kind of rebounds itself.

Finally found the perfect toiletry bag. I’ve looked all over for one that wasn’t too small or too big and this one fits my needs. I have found it best to be used for hair supplies when I travel as I can use the pockets and zipper pouch for clips and hair ties and then the larger open space for my flat iron so that it’s all in one and when I get to my hotel I can open the bag, take flat iron out and then all my other items are in the bag ready to go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so pleasantly surprised upon opening this bag how nice it was as it has the little pockets on the sides to store items and the zipper pouch to put items in. The bag can be filled a ton or lessor and the sides do fold down open so you can see all of what you have in the bag. As shown it’s sides stay down when folded and then there’s the little pockets on the sides and the zipper pocket shown which is about as tall as a deck of cards. This is very big so it definitely can hold a lot of supplies in it.
