Source of Life Gold Liquid Tropical Fruit Flavor by Nature's Plus - 30 oz Liquid

I’ve used other multis before but Liquid Gold seems to be the best of all. I’ve been using this liquid gold for quite some time now and I know that I’m getting the vitamins and minerals that are depleted in our soil and foods. I feel more energetic and balanced. The other plus is that it tastes great!

Slightly thinner sludge than the previous stuff we tried, but the same green-brown color. Smell is off-putting, and taste is a mixture of musty grass cuttings and the natural sweetener they use to try and cover it up. By the time we got through one bottle, it turned my stomach just to smell it. And the taste would come back periodically throughout the day.

I've used this product off and on for years. Anytime I hit a point where I feel my immune system needs a boost this is my "go to'. I put a capful in low sugar orange juice for a quick lift, or in a protein smoothie to last for a while.

It’s top shelf stuff alright, although I understand that its hard to mask the vitamin and mineral flavor, it still taste bad, my girlfriend gave me her bottle because she did not want to taste it a second time. Lol.

The product is good. The cap gets too much product on the bottle when I put it back on. I’ll know better when I see results of future bloodwork.

It’s hard to rate any vitamin supplement unless you are a chemist and have a lab to analyze it. I can tell you that it is green and looks like algae. It is fairly thick and is easiest taken from a shot glass. It’s kinda like sweet and almost tasty but not. I don’t look forward to it for its taste. I don’t know what it is doing or not doing inside my body besides making my urine YELLOW. I bought it because someone told my son it is very good at a vitamin shop. Yes, good for their profit margins I am sure. I don’t actually know why I keep buying it for the price but I am just in the habit now. I have no problems taking pills so this is just a shot primer in the morning that I actually taste, for better or worse.. There is no proof other that the yellow pee that I can see that it does anything so it is hard for me to recommend not knowing if or if not it is really what it says it is. So, there you are, absolutely no help from this review, but just plain honesty.

Nature's Plus Source of Life Gold Mutivitamin/mineral is the very best food sourced product available hands down! The liquid formulation makes it easy for those who have difficulty swallowing large tablets.

I use this with the drink I make. I mix it with Pines wheatgrass powder and Lifetime's 4 Blend juice, both I buy from Swanson's. And another type of juice like pineapple. I just did not order from Swanson's just to get more of this.

I no longer need to take a handful of pills. This "Gold Liquid" contains most of what I require for my supplemented dietary needs. It is actually pleasant tasting as well. Swanson's has the best price that I have found for this product. Thanks Swanson!

This is the first multi-vitamin that I have taken consistently that has really done what the product label claims. I have more energy, my skin, hair and nails look really nice, and I feel healthy generally. I am an active person and do eat right and take care of myself as well, but this supplement has made a big difference. I do think the taste is something you have to get used to, at first I had to choke it down, but as I keep taking it I'm getting used to it and it isn't all that horrible now. :) So aside from the taste it's wonderful ;).

I liked the taste, the effectiveness and the ingredience in this liquid vitamin. I probably will order again for that reason. I do wish it was more reasonably priced and that it would not contain preservetives.

This has become a staple in our daily diet. We take other supplements, but we know we are getting our essential multi's with Source of Gold, and the price is better than our local store.
