I have enjoyed SPAM my all my life and the Hickory smoke is hands down the best

The name SPAM, may have a bad rap; but the Hickory Smoke Flavor Spam, is a WINNER. Tender, and tasty meat, that is versatile in the kitchen, in numerous recipes. The Hickory Smoke variety, is my hands down favorite flavor of SPAM. I like to lightly saute it, and blot off any fat. For me, it works great with scalloped potatoes and SPAM (not ham). Saute the 3/8" slices, blot them with a paper towel, and return the slices to the cutting board, then cut the slices into "fingers" size pieces, and cut once or twice, again. Then place the meat in with the (I like the cheezy scalloped variety) scalloped potatoes in a casserole dish. Use enough liquid, and bake the casserole about an hour. Don't be afraid to add extra cheese in the potato mix. The Hickory Smoked flavor SPAM, also makes a great breakfast meat, or meat for your evening meal, with whatever sides. The SPAM, also has a long shelf life. Don't tell anybody, but I also like to use Hickory Smoked flavor SPAM, to replace expensive, and hard to find, tender ham for holiday meals. Not much chewing required, but be ready for lots of great flavor. Got the idea yet? Hickory Smoked SPAM, is a great addition to your kitchen fare, quick and easy to prepare, and very satisfying.
