The protective border is so shallow (and nonexistent under the camera lens area) that the phone sits directly on the bottom camera lense and so the phone sits slightly unevenly on whatever surface it's on. Same issue with the screen, if you use a screen protector with it it'll be flush with the case edges. Nothing like the Speck clear case I bought for my last phone, my camera lense and screen feel much less protected. It is a well made product but not very well designed- the models from years past seem more protective and well-designed sensorily. I am dissapointed and feel like the price is not worth the level of protection you are getting with this case. I am glad I bought separately glass protectors for the lenses and screen because the extra protection is defintely needed to prevent scratches and cracks.

Bad case it doesn’t have a raised edge on the back where its most needed so if you rest your phone on the back it will be resting on the camera’s glass

As someone who drops my phone at least once per week this is the only brand of cases I even consider. This case has a sleek look which allowed the pretty color of my phone (desert titanium) to be shown through. Highly recommend.
