Spider-Man Drone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son and husband have a lot of fun flying this drone. The battery life isn’t too bad, it’s fairly easy to control, and has an okay range. Probably not a good idea to fly it if it’s too windy outside though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Spider-Man Sky Hero 2.4GHz 4.5CH RC Drone was very fun to play with! My son really enjoyed flying it around and practicing all the different ways he could turn it! He even tried to fly it into his brother’s room. The drawback we faced included the difficulty in pairing the drone and then actually starting it.. we would keep following instructions as they were stated in the manual but kept having issues. Once it worked, however, we had tons of fun learning new ways to maneuver the drone.

The drone is easy to fly - my kids are 6-8 and had no problems. Quality is okay, I don’t foresee it lasting more than a season with how rough my kids are on toys.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Spiderman theme makes this drone eye catching. Kids love superheroes. First issue is though, it specifically says that it isn't a toy and is for ages 14 and up who already know how to fly a drone. We have some drone experience so that was fortunate. We followed the instructions exactly. Batteries were easy to install. Plastic quality is fairly thin and flimsy. On attempting to startup, the instructions didn't work. I contacted the company who sent me a video of how to start it, which was different than what the instructions said. I let them know the instructions needed updated. Once started, it does fly. It's a little jumpy and hard to control but it does fly. Make sure to have plenty of room while you figure out it's controls. I found that there were maybe 3 buttons on the controller that didn't even push. I did make the company aware of that as well, but it wasn't made clear if that was normal or a defect. The instructions made it appear those buttons should do something. Overall, it will fly once you figure out how to start it (push one of the down trim buttons) but is not the easiest thing to control, and the rotor lock function is non-existent as far as I could figure out.

The packaging was impressive—it came well protected and even included extra wings, which is always a nice bonus. The whole package is loaded with Spider-Man decals, making it really appealing for kids and fans alike. The drone itself looks fantastic. It’s bright and colorful with strong red and blue Spider-Man designs, plus a light underneath that makes it extra fun to fly, especially in lower light. The controller is large and comfortable to hold, though keep in mind you’ll need to provide your own AA batteries. In terms of performance, the drone offers a decent run time for play sessions. The only drawback is that it comes with just one rechargeable battery, so you’ll likely want to pick up an extra one for longer play. Overall, this is a solid RC drone for Spider-Man fans. My kid absolutely loved it and had a great time flying his very own Spider-Man drone. It’s fun, eye-catching, and delivers a good experience for the price.

The battery life actually lasts quite a while. What I was really impressed with is the size as well! I was so shocked to see how big it is. It works well and does a great job moving swiftly around. So much fun!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this and charged everything up and installed the batteries. I then took it outside and tried to fly it. It started off well, then I lost all control. I then decided to read the directions. It was then that I was able to fly it and actually control it. The device flies smoothly and controls well. It has a decent range, but I didnt test it too far yet. The wind did effect it some as the device is light. After some practice, my 8 yr old granddaughter is enjoying flying it around the yard and the neighborhood. It is fun and hasn't broken any propellers yet, even after crashing a few times. We love this. It is fun and engaging and gets us outside together. Thanks.

The instruction manual clearly states out how to maneuver, use the mutliple functions on the controller, and fly with ease. I love the colors. They are easy to spot when the drone is flying 100s of yards away. The spiderman design is built in nicely. Batteries are required and they supply you with a built in lithium ion battery for the drone rechargeable by an included USB cord. If anything breaks they include several spare parts for the rotors. You will have lots of fun flying with everyone. Great at home, picnics in the park, and camping trips.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m giving this 4 stars because I spent way too much time trying to pair it and set it up! I felt like it should be easier to learn and it would hopefully just work given I am 41 and not under 14! That said, it’s a nice toy but it is powerful and you need to know what you’re doing. Kids under 10 shouldn’t be messing with it. Super fun. Love the design. This thing takes off from our backyard and has great range. We have wrecked it and it’s still going. So far so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Marvel Licensed Spider-Man Sky Hero 2.4GHz 4.5CH RC Drone worked pretty well, according to my nephews. It seems to be built well and should last a while. It took them a few minutes to get used to operating the remote controls, but once they were used to it, they thought it worked okay. The battery did not last very long because it needed to be charged. They used it initially during the day, but thought the lights would look cool in the evening. #complimentary #influenster #worldtechtoys
