Q: The item is titled "Square Porcelain Appetizer Plate 5.430 " White - Threshold™" however the measurements provided under the Details tab in "About this item" describes them as 6.5" plates. Which is right?

A: I took a chance on the last 19 showing in stock locally and this plate is in fact 6.5" outside to outside, but closer to 5" of usable, flat space.

It tells 5.430", in reality is 6.5". Bigger than I wanted, I expected smaller. One plate came chipped. And plates are heavy and not a thin. I guess I got what I payed for.

I bought these to feed my cats on as they are prone to what is called "whisker fatigue." The specialty dishes for whisker fatigue are expensive and these are just perfect for feeding wet food to cats. They clean up great and can easily be washed by hand or in the dishwasher. I have chipped two with my clumsiness but still usable for furry felines...

I bought these for a luncheon to be used for finger foods. The size is perfect. Weight is nice. Quality is great. My only issue is that I should have gotten more. So long, paper plates!!

I wanted butter plates to match the Threshold square dinner and salad plates, but unfortunately they do not exist. These are close enough to do the job. The raised rim is less than ideal for butter plates but they do just fine -- excellent value, as well.

Perfect size. I bought these first - now I own all the sizes. These plates have a flat bottom and raised edges. They stack very nicely. Fit into the dishwasher very well.

Very simple plate. It's nice. You can get the sticker off by taking a tool (like a butter knife) to scrap as much as you can off, then apply some oil on it for about an hour, then scrape of the rest with a sponge.

These are nice, versatile little plates, and the price was very reasonable. Unfortunately, the barcode stickers were nearly impossible to remove. It took three cycles through the dishwasher and a lot of Goo-Gone to get them off. Seriously, the stickers made the plates nearly unusable. This is a deal-breaker for me.

These little plates are perfect for appetizers. I actually used them to make personalized appetizer plates with mod podge and they turned out GREAT. They are a good size, durable and the shape is great.
