TRY THE TRACTION:

This Back Stretch Bench includes special features specially designed for enhanced traction and a deeper stretch. Eight upgraded foam rollers provide a deep massage and lower back relief. The head support strap gently holds your head and neck in place as you decompress, allowing for a smooth cervical, back and neck stretch. The wide, upholstered bench provides extra comfort.

For maximum benefit, use the height adjustment knob to fit the Back Stretch Bench to your desired length. Then, switch the foam-padded arm supports to one of three positions. Crank the lever for a complete back decompression.

    good table

    my wife bought this for me first time trying for a few minutes due reduce the pain in my lower back and reduced my siaotic nerve pain but the instructions are not the greatest the instructions dont mention how to use as far as how much stretch pressure should be used what length should be used as far as height goes and also only complaint is when releasing the pressure it should be a smoother release. It snaps you spine back in place and causes allot of pain when it happens.

    Little Traction

    I am only 5ft 10 inches tall and this unit provided very little stretch and traction. When my head was at the top of the unit when fully extended there almost no extension.

    Needs a new neck brace

    I can get a nice stretch for my hips and lower back. Unfortunately the neck brace needs to be redesigned, it does not hold the head properly for the neck to get the relief. The arm rollers hold no purpose and it would be better to have a comfortable arm holder.

    Major Relief

    I have tried dozens of products for my back over the years, but the combination of the inversion belt with the base platform has been AMAZING. Even though I do decompression at my chiropractor's office, this gives me more options, and the FIRST TIME I used it I experienced MAJOR relief. Absolutely worth giving this a shot.

    It seems to work as advertised although as a 67 year old man with a severe spinal issue, I find it challenging to get down to the unit and back up from it as the only logical stabil location to place the unit is on the floor.
