Q: How do you clean the pillow?

A: Thank you for reaching out to Allied Home. Here are the Care Instructions, thank you Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Use non-chlorine bleach as needed. For best results, use large capacity commercial machines. Wash two pillows simultaneously to maintain balance in top loading machine. At the end of complete cycle, reset to normal spin dry cycle for maximum water extraction. Tumble dry low. Allow pillow to dry thoroughly. Do not iron.

Q: Description says size is 18x10". It also says the pillow is a standard/queen pillow. That size is 20x28". It can't be both so which is correct?

A: Bounce Back Bed Pillow – Weatherproof - We are asking Target to update the measurements to 20x28” and changing the size to Jumbo as this is an error on their website. Thank you for your patience.

A: Hi Vanya, Great question! For the most part, pillows are not filled with cotton. However, you may find that the pillow shell is made of cotton. This pillow is filled with a down-alternative, polyester fiber fill and has a 52% Polyester 48% Cotton shell.

Flatten in six months.
I bought these in March 2021 and really liked them at first. Six months later they are flat, lumpy, and uncomfortable to sleep on. I have to put my arm under the pillow for support. I split my time between my partners place and mine, so I don’t even sleep on them every night. No excuse for flattening and lumping. They would be wonderful pillows for a sham but not for long term sleeping.

In love!
I just love these pillows! I bought them during a pillow sale and so very grateful to have them. After using other pillows that would go flat in less than a month (maybe because they were the basic inexpensive ones) these are just as fluffed up as when I first started using them two months ago.
