Q: I have two of these lamps and with both only one bulb works. I’ve tried different bulbs and used only 40w bulbs like the description states. What am I doing wrong?

A: The same with my lamp. I brought it back and got a different lamp and only one side works in this one also??

A: If you read the tag, it states you will need "2" 40 watt light bulbs. One for each socket.

Bow Lamp
The style of this lamp is wonderful, but the finishes could be better. It’s obvious where corners were cut, but I really liked the bow accent. I read the other reviews and decided to purchase the lamp in store and not online, and since my local Target only had one left in stock, I didn’t have an option in choosing “the best one”. Overall I’m content with my purchase since it looks good from afar. I hope this will be the same once I finally add bulbs.

Horrible, my order arrived with no protection at all no bubble wrap, no padding, nothing. The item was just loose inside the box, which caused it to arrive damaged. I ordered a second one thinking I would get the item shipped properly, but no it arrived damaged again ,For the price I paid, I expected proper packaging. This was careless and unacceptable. I hope the company improves their shipping and quality control.

Super cute lamp, but I first ordered online and when I plugged it in, neither of the sockets turned on (there’s two). Returned it and bought the last one at my local store, and brought it home and only one of them work. I’m still determining if I want to keep it as it’s pretty expensive for only half working!
