Target has to be the worst at packing things of any retailer I've ever seen. This came alone, in a huge box, wrapped in paper with some non-inflated plastic laid around it. I could hear all the pieces shaking around in the box before I even opened it. And of course now it's out of stock. Thanks, Target.

I’ve been waiting for this to restock got lucky and then this happen product was not packaged correctly. The platter was wrapped in brown paper and got placed in the box with bubble wrap on top of it.

The platter was broken in half upon arrival. When I opened the package, shards and pieces of it fell out of the packaging as if it were confetti! This is completely unacceptable. I have WAITED since this platter was released on Oct. 7th with the Christmas collection and it has been chronically out of stock. I’ve gone to 6 different Target stores in 2 different states to try and find this platter and it “isn’t sold at these stores”. Now, once I’m finally notified it’s back in stock online, it arrives completely broken. If I could buy it in store, I would and I’d be able to avoid this whole issue. So disappointing.

Love the platter but unfortunately arrived in a couple hundred pieces, need to do better packing (came wrapped in cardboard and no bubble stuff) and of course always sold out so couldn’t get a replacement.

I've been trying to get my hands on this platter since I saw the preview of the collection and finally it was available to ship the other day. It's arrived in perfect condition and it's even better in person than the website shows! Adds the perfect vintage flair that I love, but without the hefty price tag

I think a vintage piece of the same style would be prettier, and I debated on if I should keep this or return this because it wasn’t quite as luxurious as I hoped, but it mostly is a “yes” piece. It’s like 90% wonderful. And from a distance will be wonderful. And there is no chance I could ever find a vintage one to my taste. So I decided to keep it. Maybe it will grow to 100% on me in time.

The piece itself is beautiful but it was sold out forever and when I was finally able to get it it came in a huge box with 2 bubbles thrown in and needless to say it came with a big chip out of it and of course it’s out of stock I was surprised it wasn’t in a million pieces.

This plate is very nice! I will probably display it. The only minor negatives for me were that the picture/art is a tad fuzzy/blurry, and there is a spot on the pottery on the top of the plate that is not smooth but rather has a slight bump. The packaging was amazing and the item arrived free from any damage. I plan on keeping it.

This is a very large serving platter - check the dimensions. I had it shipped to me and it came double boxed with lots of padding, arrived in perfect condition. Beautiful vintage vibes. Great for Christmas!
