Q: The snaps on the side arm pads will not stay snapped. Is there a trick to this or is it defective?

A: I had the same issue and ended up buying gorilla glue and gluing the snaps down. I haven’t had an issue since, lol.
submitted byJ - 3 years agoA: Hi Emma, Thank you for reaching out to us. Try pushing the top part of the arm cushion to the arm assembly and pulling hard on each end to reach the snaps on both sides. You can also try attaching first the snaps placed inside (seat part), pushing the top of the cushion in place (towards the arm assembly) and pulling the end of the cushions to attach on the snaps placed outward.

A: No. It's not gray. Its tan, with a grayish cast. Taupe always is on the tan side. It's a fleshy tone.

Someone gifted us this glider off of our registry and our baby girl was born in July. the button popped off when she was 4 weeks old... i feel like for the price of this item it is cheaply made and you could get another option for better quality. pretty dissapointed in the item

I despise this chair. It’s the only way I can get my baby to fall asleep sometimes and it squeak and creaks HORRIBLY!! It’s not even like it’s the metal that just needs oil to make it stop squeaking, it is literally the wooden pieces that hold the chair together that squeak. I’m not close to the weight limit so I know that’s not the problem. I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve thrown this chair into the wall because of how annoying the squeaking is especially when it wakes up my overtired cranky baby that I worked so hard to put to sleep. Please listen to these reviews and don’t buy this bad product. Trust me this chair is the absolute worst. I wish I would have realized how bad it was within the time of my return window but now I am stuck with it.

The first chair came damaged with the wood on the base split, so we returned it and reordered the same one. The second one came with the back cushion stained, and the button snaps on the armrest cushions were bent to the point where they wouldn’t connect.

This glider flipped completely back snapping the wooden bars behind my back against the floor, could have stabbed through my chest!!! I slammed my head on my cabinet and another wooden bar underneath it broke off at the same time!!! I removed the pads to wash them & the main one came apart beyond repair. DO NOT USE THIS WITH A BABY or PREGNANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are apparently aware of this & said there wasn't a recall!

I’m actually very disappointed with this purchase. I bought a similar one a few years prior and remember it being a lot better than the one I recently got. The one I received recently has cushions that feel very thin, which makes it uncomfortable to sit for long periods of time. Also the covers for the arms of the glider do not fasten in completely, so they keep falling off and it’s uncomfortable to rest your arms on. The Arm covers are pretty much useless. We reached out for assistance to correct the issue and did not receive much help at all.

There’s nothing more frustrating than trying to rock your baby to sleep when the arm pillows don’t stay on, the snaps are weak don’t fasten and the chair creaks like it’s 100 years old. This is really bad. Terrible product do not recommend at all.

I saw a lot of people in the reviews section complaining about the chair getting delivered damaged. I took my chances and decided to order it anyways. Luckily ours came in mint condition assembly was easy and it’s not a bulky chair it was a perfect size. Not too heavy, we slide it from one side of the room to the other easy with one hand. But even with it being so light it is not flimsy. Quite sturdy! Glides smoothly the side pockets come in handy! We love it

Cheaply made! It was somewhat easily to assemble but they didn’t even add enough screws and also the side cushions can’t even snap because they’re made too short so when you try to snap them they pop up, lame!!!! For how much this stupid chair costs it’s not worth it! Also they didn’t even put holes all the way through on the part of the chair where you’re suppose to screw in the bottom snaps by the arm rests! Annoying!!
