I got the black one a few months ago because I got nostalgic for the days when you had to have a radio to hear music you didn't own. I listen to it every day in my office. It works just fine. It's small, so the sound quality isn't gonna blow you away, but it's perfectly adequate and functions just like it's supposed to. I just ordered the red one for my home so my kids can learn what a radio is. :)

AM radio never worked, only static , but FM worked so I didn’t bother to return. FM now plays only static while AM is dead silent. Bought this thing in May 2023, it is now August 2023. Don’t even consider this ‘radio’.

This is a very cute, lightweight radio but in addition to not picking up a signal very well, it stopped working after less than 6 months! It was not a problem with the outlet or batteries, it was something internal. This was a very gently used piece of equipment, it had never been broken, left outside, etc. So it's terrible quality. Far too much to pay for it become trash in half a year.
