I have achy joints and have to say these offer a bit of relief there too unless it's psychosomatic? In any case, I'll keep on taking these! They aren't overly sweet and a little tart which I actually enjoy. They are a bit chalky but I was expecting they would be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These magnesium chewables are pretty good! After I took them, I slept so well! However, I was not the biggest fan of the taste. They are very sweet, and have a lingering flavor.

I have been using this product for approximately 1 month. During this time of year with the cold, my joints ache terribly. I am also prone to muscle cramps and restless legs. In the first 2 weeks I took this sporadically and when I did noticed marked improvement in both areas. I am taking it daily now and it is definitely making a big difference.

These magnesium chewables are truly remarkable. To start with, they are a good sized chewable tablets that effortlessly melt in your mouth and don’t have a chalky taste but a smooth consistency and are sugar-free. The flavor is a mellow berry flavor and it contains essential vitamins like C and D3. I have also found these beneficial in terms of sleep quality. Since I started using the chewables, I wake up very well rested, ready to take on my day. I do recommend these for anyone looking for supplements that are beneficial and very convenient to take.

Love these! I don't eat regularly enough nowadays and I have the foot/leg cramps to prove it. I love having chewable magnesium because it's a lot more tolerable than trying to swallow a pill while twitching in pain.

The chewable magnesium is convenient, but I didn’t like the taste. It has a chalky texture and an artificial aftertaste. I’ll look for another option.

So far a week into taking these and I’ve noticed some subtle changes in my mood and sleep pattern. These chewables taste good which will be beneficial to actually following through with taking them. Not something I’ll dread for it’s size and texture .Magnesium is a pretty important mineral many of us are lacking. It supports Energy creation, Protein formation,Gene maintenance, Muscle movements & Nervous system regulation to name a few..So far this is one of the “cleanest”affordable supplements I have found which is extremely important to me. It does have Microcrystalline cellulose in it which serves as a filler and is common in many supplements. I do appreciate these are lab tested, which should Indicate they contain exactly what they support and say they do. No artificial flavors. It also has D3,B6, and Vit C. (Another little added bonus). Realistically , I could acquire this through a super clean diet and the right food intake but that isn’t always feasible. Try ‘em out :)

First time trying this magnesium complex chewables and I like that it is chewable. It doesn’t give me the after taste and it’s fun to take and enjoy. It has a smart packaging and easy to open cap. I feel great after taking it after a week.

Each chewable is thin and small which is nice because they have a chalky texture and not the best taste. And the powder can get pretty messy as well
