Super Primrose 1300mg by Now Foods - 60 Softgel

I’ve been taking Super Primrose for roughly 3 weeks now. I take it regularly everyday, once in the morning and once during my dinner. I’m 47yrs old and perimenopausal. Super Primrose along with some other supplements from NOW are starting to help with the physical changes of my body. Prior to taking Super Primrose my newly adult onset acne was very annoying! The Super Primrose has helped my skin clear up. I noticed my skin isn’t as dry and my nails aren’t brittle or peeling. I’m hoping as time goes on I’ll see other improvements such as less visible spider veins, more elasticity, and overall healthier skin. I know Super Primrose helps with the vascular system too. I think I have to continue taking this a little bit longer to see if there are any other changes.

Evening Primrose oil helped me get through menopause without medication. I am 75 years old so that was awhile ago. i actually bought Super primrose because they were recommended for hair,i can't say it has made a difference but i haven't seen any noticeable changes but my skin seems a little better,i have it with omega 3,thanks swansonvitamins

This super primrose oil is particularly good for TOM, helps with mood, cramps, and water gain. I take it a day or two before and during TOM and it really makes things a lot easier. you could take it daily, but i use a basic primrose oil on a daily basis. This is good stuff!
