I should’ve known based on the other reviews. This broke after my first use. You can only use it by using a tiny remote control. The remote control was glitchy from the first use. It has since stopped working by my second or third use. I hoped that maybe it was just an old battery but just replaced the battery and it’s still completely inoperable. Very disappointing, Big waste of money.

POOR quality
Wow this is so poorly made. Where do I even start? The walking pad is useless without the remote. Pretty sure something is wrong with my remote. It’s so hard to get the speed up with the remote. The handle to lock the bar in the upright position is very finicky. It’s like the handle can’t be too far out or you can’t get it to lock. First time trying it I think it needed oil. The belt was making the walking pad stutter. Immediately back to Target. What a piece of crap for almost $300!!!

The Perfect Running Buddy!!

Reached out to customer service and no one has followed up to help me fix this or get a replacement. The treadmill jerks abruptly when you turn it off, extremely dangerous if you dont have something to hold on to when you stop.
