I like the softgels, but the capsules have some strange discoloration that does not look like other CoQ10 products I have used. I ended up discrading this bottle and switching back to the softgel capsules.

Ordered this by mistake. This is a capsule, which I've never seen before. It's also mostly white with a little red. I doubt how effective it will be. I'm using it but will go back to my usual in the future.

Have been taking the 100mg, but decided to try the 120mg. I'm thinking they might do my heart a little more good. Most All my Swanson products are good. I would recommend these .

There is nothing I do not like or I would not be reordering.
I have been using this for a long time now. I am perfectly satisficed. I should have ordered 1 more container (CoQ10, 120mg, 100 count) than I did to make "super stress B-Complex with vitamin C" run out at nearly the same time so that I can reorder together. At almost 83 I guess I should be happy just to be keeping on. Have a nice day now, y'all hear.
