Dosage
I am confused. The standard dose of MCP is 5 grams, yet the dosage here is 1 capsule with a dosage of 600mg, how is this correct and effective?

Same as the name brand - only less expensive
I typically get the powder cost-wise, but sometimes the caps are more convenient. Great for absorbing toxins.

Heard This Was a Good Staple

I take based on research
I take this, but like many supplements, you really are never sure of effectiveness. Research indicates it may be effective, and, therefore I take a small dose each day for prevention sake. No side effects for me.

My husband & I have been taking this product (MCP) for a couple of years & we intend to take it for the rest of our lives. If we were ever stranded on a desert island (hopefully with lots of sunshine & fish to eat) this is the one supplement we'd want on hand. Do your homework & check it out. Amazing stuff!!
