Glad I found it. Hard to find. Excellent quality supplement all around for the benefits and the company! Have been taking it for metabolic pathways and lifespan and health span benefits not to mention to prevent metabolic syndrome in any capacity I hope!

Without this, there is no joy in life
I use Naringin as a seasoning to add bitterness, not as a medicine. Add this Naringin to concentrated orange juice and sparkling water, and it is irresistible. Delicious when added to lemon juice. Personally I think those taste better than beer. If you do try it, use some of the capsule's contents, as one capsule per glass is too much.

This supplement is not easy to find at the price and quality that Swanson offers it for. I have to take it in the morning because it keeps me awake otherwise. I take this along with curcumin, astaxanthin, berberine, and cinnamon as part of an antioxidant/antioxidant "cocktail" that keeps me active, mentally sharp and healthy

This helps certain things absorb better into the body. Med info says not to take it with certain pharmaceuticals. But if you prefer not to get all the calories of grapefruit juice along with whatever you are taking....take some of this.

Great supplement.
I used this supplement primarily to enhance the effects of caffeine. It inhibits enzymes in the liver and increases the half life of caffeine, making it last longer. I could definitely tell that my coffee lasted almost twice as long when I used it. As far as antioxidant properties, I am not quite sure, since I use a lot of antioxidants due to all the oxidative stress that working out puts on my body. If you look carefully on some over the counter fat burners, you will notice naringin in the ingredients list.
