Although the strong sulfur-like smell in urine can be a little surprising, this effect is harmless. In fact, it is a sign that your body is processing the Alpha lipoic acid. Online it says mixed results but it definitely works for me, I have bad nerve pain in my legs and hamstrings and it made it go away after constant use, 3 pills a day for 7 days then one a day after that, however there are some side effects such as the pills taste really bad so I suggest taking them with a thicker liquid instead of water such as milk or orange juice, they also make your urine have a funky smell and do not take them on an empty stomach for me they almost cause me to throw up but as far as the results they definitely work

Beneficial supplement for minor nerve sensitivity issues
Tried this some time ago to evaluate if this supplement would help in a nerve sensitivity issue in my right hand due to carpal tunnel syndrome. It does help to reduce the numbness but requires administering over time to achieve benefits. I would recommend this for those with minor numbness/nerve issues. Anything beyond this may require professional evaluation beyond my particular situation.
