Focus and safe ingredients

It’s designed to be taken one a day with just water. The package contains 30. I think one a day would be the right amount. It’s for mental fatigue, but I think we should proceed with caution because it contains caffeine, and some people are quite sensitive to it. My husband and I are going to try it out and let you know.

Very helpful focus supplement!

I have noticed a difference in my alertness and my ability to stay on task when I take them. I haven’t noticed any negative side effects from them. The ingredients are clean, which is very important to me. Overall, I would definitely recommend these to help boost focus and concentration!

Minimal effect
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only drink one regular cup of coffee a day, given that I thought that these would give me a nice boost to get through a day where I was dragging without needing an extra cup of coffee. This pill did not do that, I honestly didn’t feel the effect enough to justify taking it. I appreciate that the ingredients are cleaner than most other products like this but I wouldn’t purchase again as the effect is the most important part. I will say it’s not that it didn’t work but I just don’t feel it worked well enough.

Didn't feel noticeable results, vitamins are benef
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure that I can feel any difference in reduction of mental fatigue or becoming more focused after taking these. The capsules are decent size & easy to swallow. Regardless of not feeling noticeable changes after taking a capsule, the ingredients in these capsules can only be beneficial as they are vitamins, so I will continue to take them for the B vitamins which support brain health function.

Great energy boost without the side effects
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can definitely notice myself being more alert and having more energy after taking these. I occasionally will drink an energy drink if I need an immediate boost. But a lot of energy drinks give me side effects (ie tingling sensation in my face or crashing). These capsules are a healthier way to experience the positive effects of an energy drink without any of the side effects. I typically don’t like swallowing capsules, but these are easy to down. I like that they’re completely unflavored with no weird smells or texture. And you only need to take one per day. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the boost that I get from these capsules.

Stable energy

It helps keep my energy levels stable and helps me feel more awake and more productive. I take them in the morning after breakfast and it helps me stay energized all day. They are easy to swallow or dissolve in some juice. They don’t have any aftertaste. The bottle is a great value for the results and I regret not trying these sooner because they make me feel so energized!

Good replacement for coffee
