Not my cup of tea
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon trying tumeric, I feel it isn’t for me. The first week I had upset stomach, nausea and diarrhea. I have read about the benefits of this product, but I feel like it isn’t for me, at least at this age in my life.

Still on the fence

Affordable and convenient way to get your turmeric
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take this daily with all my other vitamins and supplements. I can't say for sure that it's helped with my joints(I do have arthritis & a bad knee, etc), but I know that there's a lot of positive benefits to taking turmeric. It's so convenient to take it in pill form rather than adding it into smoothies and foods like I was doing previously. They're also really affordable, and there's no weird taste.

Convenient Way To Add Turmeric To Your Diet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capsules were easy to swallow and were gentle on my stomach. It didn't have any bad aftertaste or cause any gassy burps either. I didn't really notice any difference in joint comfort, but the bottle states it should take about 45 days and this is only a 30 day supply. Possibly with another bottle and more time I would experience the full benefits. I didn't notice much in the way of benefits but I also didn't have any negative issues with this supplement either.

I did not notice any difference with any of those things while taking this product. (I walk on an incline daily and lift weights.) the pills were easy enough to swallow and had no taste or smell. With all the other supplements currently take, this one will not be added.

I already take a bone and joint supplement which also emphasizes on extra cartilage support, so I wanted to make sure that even though this is natural, it would be paired well with my joint supplement currently. In the short time, I started taking it, I've noticed a difference already. When I go from sitting to standing as an example, I feel less like a 60 or 70 yr old lol, and more like myself. I Have noticed this doesn't seem to mix well and dissolve in Orange juice though. *I pull the capsule apart to mix just the powder in juice with other supps I take*. Like anyone who's taking turmeric already, id recommend it!

Supports joints and muscles
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took this turmeric for a few weeks, so sorry I don’t have a picture of this product it’s usually the first thing I do. Turmeric is really good to support recovery that is associated with an active lifestyle and it also supports muscle soreness which if you workout or are very physically active this product will be great. It helps support joint comfort, joint health and great for mobility as you are aging. I will say this I think this is a good product but if you have a sensitive stomach definitely be aware that this product may cause uncomfortable feeling or sour stomach, this was my experience and I’m thinking it’s due to me having existing problems with my stomach so the product may be to strong for me and I have to find an alternative but I do think it’s worth trying if you are looking for something for your joints and muscles. I do think you need to use supplements for at least 30 days to see or feel results I recommend giving the product time to work with your body, everyone is different.
